At HAIRO, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all items must be unopened, unused, and in their original premium packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused HAIRO products in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
